This Food Journal is to help you face accountability; when actually writing things down, we can see our nutrition right in front of us in our own words is the best way to see what you are eating and assist you in maintaining your diet and eating schedule. We reach for food as emotional comfort, which messes up our association with food, and we no longer view food as fuel to feed ourselves for our nutritional needs.

As the years go by, we form these deep-seated behavior patterns, associating them with our daily emotionally controlled life situations. Let’s start organizing by keeping this food journal and listing by priorities, which situations are imminent for change, and which will take more time. When we eliminate the most significant issue, all the other less pressing issues may sort themselves out.
